New Graduate Student Orientation (NGSO) is designed for all incoming graduate students at Texas Tech University. It serves as a welcoming introduction to graduate life and helps set you up for success by offering valuable information about the university, your academic program, and the wide range of resources available to support you.

Held virtually, NGSO features a series of informative and engaging sessions that will:

  • Introduce you to life as a graduate student at Texas Tech

  • Kickstart your academic and professional development

  • Offer opportunities to connect with fellow graduate students and members of the Texas Tech community

  • Highlight key campus resources and support services

NGSO is a great opportunity to learn what to expect during your time as a Red Raider graduate student and begin building your network from day one.
